Mary Lynne Beyer
Mary Lynne holds our office together and keeps us all organized! She's the friendly, helpful first contact at ORC, ready to help with your questions. She has seven precious grandchildren; Carter, Brandon, Ethan, Alyse, Evan, Jaina, and Cael. Mary Lynne likes country music and is also an incurable Star Trek fan.
Chris Van Kooten
Chris is our resource person for birth through grade 12. She grew up in ORC and is excited to see what the next generation is going to do.
Chris and her husband Curt have a son, Nate who is 21 and a daughter, Katelyn who is 17. She loves to travel and has a special place in her heart for the people of Honduras where she has gone on two mission trips and is involved in the local organization PATTH (Pella Area Teams to Honduras).
Pastor Roger Grandia
Pastor Roger is our Specialized Interim Minister. Pastor Roger graduated from Central College in Pella, IA with a BA in Religion. He received his Masters of Divinity from Western Theological Seminary in Holland, MI. Roger served two congregations as an installed pastor before training as a Specialized Interim Minister. He has served eight congregations as a SIM. Roger first attended a Healing the Heart of Your Church Seminar in 2004. Since then he has led the HTH process in several churches and witnessed the fruit of this transforming venture.
Roger often uses his gifts of art: pottery, chalk talks and cartooning, to help individuals/congregations visualize what is occurring in their setting. Roger has three grown children and two grandchildren.
